Job Description

Join Manuchar this summer and gain hands-on experience in an international business environment. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to support our Manuchar Europe team at our headquarters in Antwerp. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience within an international company while contributing to the management and organization of product and supplier documentation.

Job Responsibility

  • Updating supplier and product master lists
  • Reviewing, organizing and maintaining supplier and product documentation
  • Following up on missing or outdated documents with internal stakeholders
  • Supporting document management processes and ensuring data accuracy
  • Helping maintain an organized and efficient documentation system
  • Providing general administrative support to the team where needed

Requirements

  • Is currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Office Management, Chemistry, Life Sciences or a related field
  • Works in a structured, accurate and detail-oriented manner
  • Is proactive and eager to learn
  • Feels comfortable working with Excel and other digital tools
  • Has a good knowledge of English
  • Is available for a minimum of 4 weeks, preferably during August 2026
  • Is ideally available full-time during this period

Nice to have

Knowledge of additional European languages is considered a plus, but is not required
