Job Description

The student program assistant supports the ICCA School of Communication in day-to-day office work and data processing as well as creating and distributing promotional materials about ICCA events, courses, and other opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist program specialist and director with day-to-day operations
  • Create and distribute flyers, posters and promotional materials for SoC
  • Assist program specialist with data entry on ICCA projects

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled at EKU
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Proficiency with graphic design software, such as Canva or InDesign
  • Submit two examples of graphic design work

Nice to have

Must be proficient in promotional graphic design

  • Supports campus policies and procedures compliance with regulatory, state and accrediting bodies
