The Role: Working as part of our Student team in production. This team will join the existing nightshift team, with manual production duties such as rolling and packing. This role is temporary with an end date aligning with the end of the school holidays. Hours of Work: We are screening for two shift options for this team – Candidates will be asked to outline shift preference at screening. Depending on volume of applicants, we may run one or both shifts. Team 1 - 2 shifts per week across Sunday – Thursday from 6pm – 10pm. Team 2 - 3 shifts per week across Sunday – Thursday from 6pm – 10pm. What it takes: To be considered for this role all candidates must be over the age of 16 and have a bank account in their own name to be paid for their work. No experience necessary as full training will be provided. All candidates should demonstrate core values at all times and have an understanding of and commitment to the Equality and Diversity Policy and ability to promote this day to day. To be considered for this role you should have the ability to work as part of a team with self-motivation and initiative, Good communication skills and a proven high level of manual dexterity and speed which will be monitored throughout your employment.
