We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join Central Saint Martins’ College Education team as a Student Partnership Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the student voice is at the heart of UAL. At UAL you will join a community of innovators and change-makers. Your work will directly influence the experience of our students while contributing to the UAL’s vision and long-term goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the delivery of a college action plan focused on delivering effective student transition
  • Partner with academic teams and support services to ensure all students have access to guidance, resources and support
  • Coordinate, deliver and interpret survey activity to gather student feedback and insights
  • Utilise an evidence-based approach to identify barriers to engagement and develop impactful solutions to improve student retention, progression and attainment
  • Partner with Arts Students’ Union to provide effective liaison and support for the development of community and student-led activity and initiatives
