We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join London College of Fashion’s College Education team as a Student Partnership Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the student voice is at the heart of UAL. Managing the delivery of a college action plan focused on delivering effective student transition, you will partner with academic teams and support services to ensure all students have access to the guidance, resources and support. You will coordinate, deliver and interpret survey activity to gather student feedback and insights. You will utilise an evidence-based approach to identify barriers to engagement and develop impactful solutions to improve student retention, progression and attainment. Partnering with Arts Students’ Union, you will also provide effective liaison and support for the development of community and student-led activity and initiatives. Job Responsibility:
