Job Responsibility:

  • Support the production controller and project manager in the fulfillment of their activities
  • Create databases for operations team information management
  • Manage the operations team information (keep the required senior and lateral level databases updated according to the established governance of the site and the Production Unit)
  • Assist in coordinating Production Unit activities and events (communication events, acknowledgements, all hands, etc.)
  • Support Production Unit Governance compliance (budget reviews, BSC, staff, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Active as a student for at least one year in the careers of Industrial or Aeronautic Engineering
  • Knowledge of databases and programming in Excel and Power BI (macro management desirable)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Skills in project planning and execution
  • Basic conversational English language skill
