Job Description

The Center for Student Accessibility is seeking office support. This position will have varied responsibilities, including but not limited to: answering and transferring phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, updating paper and electronic documents, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, performing data entry, providing general staff support, and other office duties as assigned. In addition, the Office Support person may be asked to assist our CSA Testing Center as a scribe for testers, reading exams, proctoring exams, scanning testing material, and other testing support duties as assigned.
