Capital City College is looking for a skilled Student Mentoring Manager to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London. About the Role: This role is offered on a full-time, fixed term basis. Your contract will end 31st August 2028. We are seeking an experienced and driven Student Mentoring Manager to lead the development and delivery of a high-quality, college-wide mentoring programme that supports student retention, engagement, achievement and progression. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and embedding a structured mentoring framework, with peer mentoring at its core, alongside academic, transition and progression-focused support. You will work collaboratively across curriculum and support services to ensure mentoring is impactful, inclusive and aligned with institutional priorities.
