Student Maintenance Assistant

• Enter and inspect hotel rooms using technical checklists
• Check the functionality of lighting and room equipment
• Identify damages and technical issues
• Perform small maintenance tasks and repairs
• Carry out minor sanitary repairs such as replacing toilet seats and resolving clogged showers
• Read and check door battery systems
• Report technical findings accurately
• Help ensure all rooms meet Marriott quality standards

• At least 18 years old
• Currently studying in a technical field, preferably at TSO or BSO level, with a focus on areas such as construction, electricity, plumbing/sanitary techniques or building technologies
• Enjoy practical, hands-on work and feel comfortable solving small technical issues independently
• Have an eye for detail
• Technically minded, reliable and motivated to learn in a professional hotel environment
• Speak Dutch and/or English
• Available to work during weekdays and/or weekends
• Can either start immediately with a minimum availability of 2 full working days per week or are available from July 1st for a minimum period of 3 consecutive weeks
• Working hours are between 9 AM and 5 PM

Previous work experience is not required

• Hands-on technical student job in an international hotel environment
