Job Description

Act as the first point of contact in the Student Hub, welcoming students and guiding them to the appropriate department for their queries. Support the Registrations Team with day-to-day operations, including: Maintaining an organised and welcoming workspace; Tracking appointments and welcoming students attending scheduled meetings; Preparing appointment owners and ensuring a smooth appointment flow; Keeping logs of activities at the registration desks; Ensuring required forms are completed by students prior to appointments; Printing, scanning, and archiving registration forms as needed. Assist the Student Life team with class visits, form collection, interdepartmental communication, and general errands. Support departmental events through organisation and communication task.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • This is only open to students who have mandatory internship as a part of their degree program

  • Product Management: Develop and maintain a detailed timeline for annual Site Visit preparation. Review TRICARE manuals and USFHP contract requirements to ensure readiness for the two-day audit
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with internal stakeholders to update Site Visit presentations and project trackers. Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to address concerns and resolve outstanding deliverables
  • Compliance: Interpret and apply regulatory agency Site Visit templates to validate that all presentations meet required standards. Demonstrate a strong understanding of product compliance and contractual obligations to support the success of the Site Visit and maintain a ten-year government contract
  • Quality Management: Analyze patient safety cases and medical records for USFHP beneficiaries flagged with patient safety indicators (PSIs). Maintain confidentiality when reviewing patient safety cases and reviewing medical records. Assist the patient safety nurse in tracking and trending patient safety facility performance using the internal Care Compare
