The Student Life Assistants are the dynamic and welcoming first point of contact and public face of the University providing excellent frontline customer service to all visitors, prospective and current students, and staff. Through in-person and digital communications the team provide a wide range of information and guidance. Student Life Assistants will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will deliver accurate, inclusive and timely information, advice, and guidance (IAG) on a wide range of topics in a way that reflects and respects the diverse needs of our student body and the wide range of visitors to the university.
