Job Responsibility:

  • Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home
  • Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls
  • Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
  • Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business

Requirements:

  • Ideally, someone with experience in Student Lettings
  • Someone who is driven to succeed and reliable
