Job Description:

The post holder will form part of a small team dedicated to supporting many of the underpinning processes and procedures which ensure students at the University have a smooth experience during their course. The team supports a number of ongoing tasks including oversight of the Extenuating Circumstances processes, and support with student case work, together with other seasonal activities and events such as Graduation. The post holder will become an expert user of a number of university systems and be empowered to identify opportunities for enhancement and process improvement. The team provide direct support to students by responding to enquiries and supporting student-facing services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Form part of a small team dedicated to supporting underpinning processes and procedures for a smooth student experience

  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and process improvement
  • Provide direct support to students by responding to enquiries and supporting student-facing services
  • Liaison and networking with the wider organisation over shared projects and objectives
