Job Description

Join our team as a Student Intern in Advanced Technologies where you'll assist in implementing and testing technology systems while supporting various tech-related tasks.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with the implementation, testing, and maintenance of advanced technology systems, applications, and tools
  • Support data collection, system monitoring, reporting, and documentation related to technology projects
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and application issues and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Support research, evaluation, and pilot testing of emerging technologies, platforms, and digital solutions
  • Prepare technical documentation, user guides, reports, and process workflows
  • Assist with system configuration, user account setup, and access management under supervision
  • Participate in team meetings, project planning sessions, and training activities
  • Maintain confidentiality, data security, and compliance with institutional policies and applicable regulations
  • Provide general administrative and technical support as assigned
  • Other related duties, as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled as a student at the University in good academic standing
  • Preferred major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a closely related field
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 (or institutional minimum for student employment)
  • Basic experience with computers, software applications, or technology systems through coursework, labs, projects, or prior work experience
