Requirements

Current college or university student or recently graduated
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command of the Italian Language
Proficiency in English would be an advantage
Hospitality or Finance qualification desirable

Job Responsibility

Learn about revenue audit and reconciliation
Learn about accounting and purchasing operations
Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records
Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry
Record, store, and analyze all checks issued in the F&B outlets
Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data
Prepare, review, and correct e-invoices in the SDI
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect
Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
