Works with MTM Admin team to develop systems, procedures and policies for data management, assisting colleagues in performing data-related tasks, and networking with clients. Organizes existing Student employee schedules and new student initial onboarding processes, orientation, training and operating system(s) access. Provides medication therapy management (MTM) services via outbound calls and possibly a triage of inbound calls to the MTM center, monitors eFax for prescriber responses and completion of failed faxes, supports the pharmacist for completion of Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) through pre-work up and case preparation, communicates with network pharmacies, prescribers, and beneficiaries to provide MTM services. Additionally, may be called upon to assist the MTM Executive Director in the training of pharmacy externs rotating through the MTM Center.

Analyzes pharmacy data from OutcomesMTM to predict efficiency across centers
Organizes student employee schedules and manages new student onboarding processes, orientation, training, and system access
Coordinates with interns, elective students, and volunteers each semester and summer to provide appropriate hourly coverage at the MTM Center
Communicates IT/IS issues to College of Pharmacy IT Manager and to software system point of contacts through ticket requests, emails, and meetings for problem-solving
Customizes social media and outreach campaigns with MUSC branding for patients, providers, and students
Collaborates with the Social Media and Communications Lead at the College of Pharmacy on social media strategies to engage interns through Instagram and LinkedIn quarterly
