Job Responsibility

Provide excellent and effective service to students in a timely manner
Respond to a wide variety of enquiries via different systems and in person
Organize student events & support student clubs to increase student engagement & sense of belonging
Outreach to students who have been identified by faculty or staff as being at risk of dropping out of UE and offer appropriate and relevant support to address their need(s). They will refer students to the relevant support based on their needs
Help identify the students’ issues or needs and refer them to the appropriate support service
Keep up-to-date information about support services on campus to be able to refer students to these supports as needed
Oversee & support peer mentor program, including helping to train student mentors
Share suggestions for improvements to the campus/learning environment with the responsible department
Other related duties
