Job Responsibility

Submitting invoices and creating settlement runs for supplier payments on ERP system
Setting up expert payments in a timely manner on bank portals
Managing day-to-day supplier and expert queries on payments
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Collecting and processing staff expenses
Processing and reconciling corporate credit cards
Assisting with Bank Reconciliation reviews
Where relevant, carrying out ad hoc projects as required
