Job Description

Camberwell College of Arts, part of University of the Arts London, is seeking an enthusiastic Student Enquiries Coordinator to join the Academic Registry team, working on its dedicated Student Contact Desk. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, dealing with prospective, current and past students. You will respond to and manage a wide range of enquiries, both in person, and online, while providing information and advice, and problem solving and escalating to other teams as necessary. You will also provide key programme administration support to the Academic Registry team, covering duties as required at key points during the academic year.
