Student Engagement Receptionist - Saturdays Only Looking for a rewarding weekend role that fits around your studies, current job or other commitments? We're currently recruiting for a Student Engagement Receptionist to join one of our valued clients based in High Wycombe on a Saturday-only basis. Fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive educational environment where you'll play a key role in providing a welcoming and professional service to students and visitors. This is a long-term Temporary position with an immediate start. (Reviewed yearly)

Job Responsibility

  • Being the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors
  • Meeting and greeting students and providing a warm, professional welcome
  • Offering guidance and directing students to the appropriate services, including enrolment, registration, financial support, wellbeing and disability services
  • Handling general enquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Providing administrative support and assisting with day-to-day reception duties
  • Maintaining a professional and organised reception area

Requirements

  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Is friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with people
  • Has previous reception, administration, or customer-facing experience (preferred)
  • Is reliable, organised, and able to work independently
