Requirements

Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student
Completed at least two semesters in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Very good German (C1) and English skills, both written and spoken
Reliable, service-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team
Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
A strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, international HR environment

Job Responsibility

Create and maintain physical and digital personnel files
Support the administration of our HR system (Personio)
Prepare and issue HR-related documents
Collaborate on various projects and contribute to the successful implementation of HR initiatives (e.g. employer branding, digitalization, health management & employee benefits)
Maintain HR documents, presentations, and guidelines to ensure they reflect current policies and procedures
Use tracking tools (e.g. MS Excel) to maintain accurate HR records and data
Support the maintenance and tracking of student worker records
Ensure smooth communication with student workers regarding HR processes and employment procedures
