Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing confidential case records and data-driven trend analysis
  • Provide comprehensive individual and group therapy for complex needs, collaborating on academic adjustments when required
  • Act as the primary responder for emergencies, managing student risk assessments, escalations, and external healthcare partnerships
  • Design an annual calendar of student psychoeducational workshops and provide clinical supervision to junior counselling staffs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a strictly equivalent discipline
  • Active status as a Registered Counsellor with the relevant national professional board or licensing body
  • Proven expertise in crisis management, cross-departmental collaboration, and supervision
  • 3 years experience

Nice to have

A Postgraduate qualification (Master's degree) or advanced specialist certification in clinical counselling/psychotherapy is highly desirable
