Job Description:

This is a specialized program designed to give you professional experience, learn about banking and prepare you for life after high school graduation. You will become a part of an amazing team at one of our New York City Cafés.

Job Responsibility:

  • Connect with Café visitors and regulars
  • Hand out free coffee cards
  • Help folks with technology challenges
  • Show off services and products
  • Showcase what’s possible in our physical space and how to easily navigate our mobile and online experience
  • Work with an energized team of Café Ambassadors
  • Help inspire your teammates
  • Learn about business, investments, and financial literacy
  • Learn how to make presentations
  • Establish a lifelong network with professionals
  • Receive professional development

Requirements:

  • Must obtain a work permit
  • Must be available for a 2 week training in the month of August 2026
  • Must submit a resume and cover letter
  • Must be enrolled in Theodore Roosevelt Campus (Bronx, NY) with an anticipated graduation date of June 2027
  • At least 16 years of age by 8/1/2026
