Student attendance, welfare and safeguarding officer

Support the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in ensuring the safety, welfare and attendance of students in our school

• Have a good standard of education
• Be confident using a range of IT packages
• Bring a warm and professional approach to all interactions
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
• Be able to work successfully with staff, students, families and external agencies
• Have a positive, adaptable mindset, along with the ability to remain calm, organised and focused in a busy environment
• Ideally have experience of working in a similar or equivalent safeguarding role
