Job Description

Keyano College’s Office of the Registrar is currently seeking a Student Assistant of the 2025-2026 academic year. Reporting to the Assistant Registrar, Records Management, who will assist with filling, record management, and completing reports.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide customer service to currently and potential Keyano students as well as the general public
  • Assist with filing and the annual purge
  • Assist with record data clean up
  • Other office duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be a registered credit student at Keyano College 2026
  • Intermediate user of MS Office
  • Excellent communications and writing skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Basic Knowledge of the campus and campus services
  • Highly dependable and punctual
