The BioInnovation Institute (BII) is seeking a new student assistant passionate about high-quality communication and community building. BII ‘Brings science to life’ by accelerating research and startups within human health, planetary health, and societal resilience for the benefit of people and society. The BII communications team covers various tasks related to external and internal communication, events, public affairs, digital communication, and community building.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the team in communication towards media outlets and stakeholders externally as well as startups and BII staff internally
Help create captivating slides and smaller graphics for internal and external presentations
Support the team in arranging high-level international events
Assist in community building activities to engage the startups in BII’s programs
Help create inspiring content for BII’s intranet, newsletter, and info screens
Assist in other relevant communications tasks
Requirements:
Proficient in both spoken and written Danish and English
Experience with the Microsoft Office package, especially Word and PowerPoint
Reliable, systematic in approach
Good at planning and organizing work effectively with a clear target in sight
Team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with various stakeholders and projects
Keen interest in communications
Interest in working with innovation and startups
