Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and maintain weekly SAP & BI reports
  • Provide support for Master Data updates
  • Manage tasks related to Lifecycle management
  • Extend new GMDs in SAP and request necessary data
  • Create Gx QEM actions and follow up on them
  • Support with ad hoc tasks, primarily data and analytics related
  • Handle narcotic drug licenses in accordance with Authority guidelines and GxP practices
  • Support and adhere to GDP and GxP standards at all times

Requirements

  • Studying bachelor in pharmacy, supply chain, operations management or related fields
  • Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent communication skills in English – spoken as well as written
  • Experience working with Windows Office package is essential (extended competences in Excel)
  • Able to clearly communicate and engage with external and internal stakeholders
  • Able to act in a fast-paced environment while being quality conscious and well organized with an eye for details
