As Student Assistant, Procurement, you will support our newly established Procurement department with data analytics, reporting, and administrative coordination. The role contributes to transparency on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as spend, contract coverage, and purchase order (PO) compliance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and help communicate insights through clear, decision-ready material. The position is part-time (10–15 hours/week) and is planned to start as soon as possible.
Job Responsibility:
Gather, structure, and quality-check procurement data from relevant sources to support analyses and reporting
Perform spend analyses and support insights generation to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring KPI reporting (e.g., spend, contract coverage, PO compliance)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify needs, validate data, and follow up on actions
Support document management and administrative coordination related to procurement activities
Create and refine presentations to communicate findings, procurement initiatives, and recommendations
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program or in the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Management, or a related field
Strong interest or experience in data gathering, analytics, and reporting, including handling complex datasets
High-level proficiency in Excel (XLSX) and PowerPoint (PPTX)
Strong commercial understanding, including familiarity with procurement principles, market analysis, and financial acumen
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Experience with Power BI is an advantage (not a requirement)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively alongside part-time studies
