Job Description:

Keyano College’s Office of the Registrar is currently seeking a Student Assistant of the 2025-2026 academic year. Reporting to the Assistant Registrar, Admissions, will assist with basic administrative functions of the Office of the Registrar, including filling, record management, phone calls, emails and completing reports. The term for this position is January 2026 – June 2026.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide customer service to currently and potential Keyano students as well as the general public
  • Assist with filing and the annual purge
  • Assist with record data clean up
  • Other office duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be a registered credit student at Keyano College 2025-2026
  • Intermediate user of MS Office
  • Excellent communications and writing skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Basic Knowledge of the campus and campus services
