Maintains Student Technology Fee funded printers in Henderson Library
Assists walk-up, library chat, and phone patrons with basic technical support of Windows and Mac computers, printers, microfilm readers, scanners, and all related software
Helps direct patrons to the proper Library department for their needs
Maintains 3D printers and 3D Print requests
Assists Library IT department with tasks
Works to maintain the appearance of computer labs by pushing in chairs and picking up trash
Monitors and reports facility issues to the supervisor
Records statistics for departments as needed
Requirements:
Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours or three or more graduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University
Consistently exhibit engaging customer service
Ability to support various constituencies served by the University
Proven proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Google, and/or applications as required for specific position
Adhere to University policies and procedures
Effective communication (verbal and written), organizational and human relations skills
