Join the Business Resolution Management team and support our mission to maintain accurate and compliant material and part data. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in aviation logistics, regulatory compliance data (export info), and contribute to tangible process improvements and automation initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively follow up with suppliers on outstanding material composition requests to ensure data completeness for product compliance
  • Chase suppliers for basic export information (e.g., origin, classification) required for the creation of new part numbers in our system
  • Maintain detailed tracking and reporting of all open supplier cases and data acquisition efforts
  • Collaborate with team members to map out current data processes and identify areas for efficiency improvement and standardization
  • Research and propose potential automation solutions for recurring data collection and follow-up tasks
