Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting with coordination and execution of pitch sessions between investors and BII startups, using BII’s investor platform, and planning and coordination within the Quantum Team
  • Supporting the Quantum Team with ad hoc administrative tasks, including assistance with communications to internal and external stakeholders (investor newsletter, e-mail outreach, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
  • Collecting and maintaining a contact list of relevant quantum stakeholders
  • Responsible for structured investor relationship management, including systematic tracking of interactions & follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Is a 2nd or 3rd-year Bachelor's student in International Business, Business administration or similar (with a focus on innovation, business development, or entrepreneurship)
  • Has strong communication skills and is proficient in verbal and written English
  • Has skills in producing presentation material
  • Likes to plan and execute on events, including associated outreach activities and hands-on practicalities
  • Is service-minded, analytical, pays attention to details, honors deadlines, and works in a structured manner with high-quality standards
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple key stakeholders and several projects in parallel
