Job Responsibility

  • Support key strategic initiatives by acting as project manager and ensuring progress
  • Aligning and communicating with involved stakeholders
  • Ensuring proper documentation and presenting insights and results
  • Running desk research on specific topics
  • Support Portfolio Managers by helping coordinate activities around new product development projects
  • Supporting quality, pricing and competence development activities
  • Prepare meeting material, minutes and status updates
  • Updating key documents and roadmaps
  • Prepare regular KPI reports and dashboards

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Danish university (e.g. engineering, business, economics, industrial engineering/management or similar)
  • Have at least 1.5 years left of your studies before graduation
  • Can work from Søborg office 2 days per week
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
  • corporate language is English
  • Proactive
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Work in a structured way and can manage several tasks in parallel
  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • experience with data handling/visualization is an advantage)

  • Utilize assessment skills and techniques to determine each patient/family needs

  • Liaise as appropriate with other members of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) regarding any aspect of patient care
