As Student Advisor Team Leader, you will be fully responsible for leading the Blue Education study abroad consulting team and ensuring clients receive an exceptional service experience throughout the entire application journey. You will oversee the full-service process, including academic planning, application preparation, progress tracking, and post-admission support, while continuously optimizing the service system and providing personalized solutions tailored to each client's needs, helping students achieve admission to the world's top universities. This role requires outstanding client management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure high client satisfaction while continuously improving team efficiency and service quality.
Job Responsibility
Supervise and manage the full student service cycle, including academic planning, application preparation, personal statement guidance, progress tracking, and visa support
Lead the overall management of Student Advisor team, including recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation
Continuously improve service processes by regularly collecting client feedback and deeply analysing customer needs
Deeply participate in high-end client application strategy development, including university selection planning, personal statement direction, and background enhancement advice
Maintain regular communication with clients, provide application progress reports, and promptly resolve any concerns or challenges
Regularly analyse service data such as client satisfaction, successful cases, and application progress to optimize team performance
Work closely with academic and marketing teams to drive efficient cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above
majors in Education, Psychology, International Relations Management, or related fields are preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in education services or client management, including at least 2 years of team management experience
Strong understanding of international education systems and top university application processes, including school selection, personal statements, interviews, and visa applications
Excellent client service mindset with the ability to manage expectations of high-end clients and deliver high-quality service
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to efficiently drive cross-team coordination
Proficient in CRM systems and capable of using data analysis to optimize service processes
Comfortable working in a bilingual environment with fluent spoken English
