Structures Technician

• Install, maintain and repair all assigned doors, structural components, roofing systems, floor systems, foundations, gutter systems and surface coverings
• Perform metal and fabric repair, fabrication work, welding support to include oxy/acetylene cutting, corrosion control, pavement painting and striping, and form work for concrete
• Remodel, refurbish or demolish existing facilities
• Install, maintain and repair protective coatings, sealants, epoxies, glues, paints and fencing
• Major building interior finish repairs, such as the replacement or repair of acoustic ceiling tile and sheetrock ceilings and walls
• Perform Carpentry installation / repairs
• Perform Masonry installation / repairs
• Perform Sheetmetal installation / repairs
• Perform Welding installation / repairs
• Perform TFS (Tension Fabric Systems) installation / repairs
• Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested

• High school diploma or equivalent training/experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of construction
• Ability to read and write English is required
• Solid communications skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work as a member of a diverse, dynamic team
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Possess a valid state issued driver's license and passport
• Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of deployment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
