Job Description:

Entry Level Markets Operations position performing structured trade review and ensuring proper booking of trades according to quantitative model manuals while assessing risk and maintaining compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform Equity trader's booking review with termsheet agreed with client
  • Work with trader and Sales to make sure trades are booked as per quant model manual
  • Challenge trader if incorrect booking is impacting P&L
  • Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
  • Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
  • Adhere to Policy and apply sound ethical judgment
  • Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency

Requirements:

  • Strong inclination towards Mathematics, Finance or Derivatives
  • Fundamental understanding of Derivative products like Exotic Options, Autocall, Structure Notes
  • Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of advance excel
  • VBA macro will be advantage
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
