Job Description

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Americas as a Structured Financial Solutions Analyst. At the heart of Global Coverage and Investment Banking and GIB, Structured Financial Solutions (SFS) is a global financing business line providing structured and highly efficient solutions to specific financial issues of Crédit Agricole CIB group’s main clients (hybrid financings, off balance sheet specific monetizations, holdco financing based on an Loan-to-Value approach, situation driven financings). SFS designs and structures tailor-made financings, typically driven by special situations with close relationships and synergies with other business lines (e.g., M&A, ERA, ECM, CLF).

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the senior originators to originate, structure, sell and execute transactions in the US and cross border environment (US to Europe, Europe to US, or Latin America)
  • Monitoring the news flow of the clients/SFS prospects in the portfolio on a daily basis
  • Contributing to prepare pitches and offers to clients
  • Monitoring the portfolio, including credit quality/covenants
  • Building financial models
  • Interacting with other bank product lines involved in SFS transactions

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Familiar with corporate banking and capital markets
  • Powerpoint, Excel, Word and potentially Bloomberg
  • Fluent French and English
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus
