Structure Supervisor

• Supervise day to day structural works including concrete, formwork, reinforcement, structural steel, and associated packages
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe delivery of works
• Implement and maintain safety standards, site procedures, SWMS, and compliance requirements
• Monitor progress, identify issues early, and assist with short-term programming of structural activities
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure works meet design and specification requirements
• Assist with site set-out, sequencing of trades, and readiness for follow-on trades
• Maintain daily site records, progress reporting, and coordination of deliveries
• Work collaboratively with the broader site team to achieve project milestones
• Drive a strong safety-first culture onsite

• Proven experience as a Structures Supervisor / Structural Foreman / Site Supervisor on commercial building projects
• Strong structural knowledge across concrete frames, multi-level structures, and major institutional or commercial builds
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple work fronts
• Solid understanding of WHS requirements and site compliance in Queensland
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and sequencing
• Effective communication and leadership skills
