Job Description:

Static, fatigue, damage tolerance, stiffness, bird impact, calibration for in-flight load measurement & dynamic tests.

Requirements:

  • Prepare the test load program-actuator loads
  • Issue the documents (Test Plan & Test Results)
  • Control the accomplishment of the test specifications and the fullilment of the specification, playing the role of conduction of the test in the execution phase
  • Define, perform, control and issue the necessary documentation for the manufacture and mechanical assembly of the test, the analysis necessary to guaranty the integrity of all elements and tools that are designed
  • Prepare and coordinate the inspections
  • Participate in the definition of the test instrumentation for in-flight load measurements, being the responsable for the obtaining of the expressions for determination of the loads
  • Perform the tracking, control and final approval of the manufacturing of all parts of the tools (technical aspects)
  • Perform the documentation of the test specimen instrumentation
  • Give the technical support and verify the mechanical assembly
  • Prepare the global planning of the tests throughout all the process
  • Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
