About the Job: Directly oversee the structural cycle (rebar, formwork, and casting) to ensure the 4-to-7-day floor cycle is maintained. Verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and formwork alignment against structural shop drawings before every pour. Supervise all concrete pouring activities, including slump tests, cube sampling, and vibration techniques to prevent honeycombing. Coordinate with PT specialists for tendon laying, stressing, and grouting sequences. Work closely with surveyors to ensure the building’s verticality (plumbness) and transfer levels are within tolerance. Manage specialized structural crews and sub-contractors to ensure optimal man-power distribution across different zones. Enforce edge protection, fall arrest systems, and safe crane lifting protocols specifically for structural materials.

Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically in structural works for high-rise towers
CIDB Green Card / OSHA safety training
