Requirements

Post-secondary education in engineering or an engineering technology program
Experience in structural steel detailing or concrete/precast detailing is required
Experience with architectural, mechanical, or electrical systems detailing is an asset
Proficiency with Tekla Structures, Revit, or other drafting/detailing software is required
A keen mindset for optimization and systems thinking to support vertical integration across the company
Ability to produce work efficiently while upholding accuracy and quality
Prior experience with manufacturing and prefabrication is preferred
