As a Fleet Support Engineer, the expert is responsible for providing advanced structural repair support, investigating cases, liaising with customers and stakeholders, developing generic repair procedures, contributing to fleet operations, engaging in Design Organization activities, guiding and mentoring the team, applying cross-functional expertise, participating in knowledge exchange, conducting damage assessment missions, and providing on-site technical support.

Requirements:
Master’s degree (Bac +5) in aeronautical structures or mechanical engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 6 years in aircraft structure stress analysis or repair
Proficiency in aircraft structures (preferably ATR structures)
Expertise in aircraft structural repair principles (both metallic and composite)
In-depth knowledge of metallic and composite materials
Familiarity with non-destructive testing methods
Proficiency in English (B2 level)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Autonomous and rigorous with strong organizational skills
Open-minded, positive thinking, and an excellent team player
Strong customer orientation, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, and provide tailored solutions
The position will require participation in stand-by duties during evening night and weekends
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Leonardo / Airbus drawings is a plus
Italian is a plus
Familiarity with ATR IT tools (CRM, SAMONIT, GILDA) is advantageous
