Structural Fitter

From reading detailed blueprints to executing precise fit-ups, this role directly impacts quality and productivity on the shop floor. Your work will help set the pace for our shop teams and ensure our projects are built right from the start, on time, on spec, and up to our industry-leading standards. Performs the full range of fitting and fabrication duties, including layout, positioning, and assembly of metal components according to prints, drawings, and specifications. Fitters operate equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes, ensure quality control through precise measurements, and contribute to both standard and complex metal builds in the shop environment. This position is classified into Fitter 1, Fitter 2, or Fitter 3 based on demonstrated experience, independence, and skill level.
