You'll work alongside experienced engineers and project managers on a wide variety of projects across Australia, building your technical expertise and gaining hands-on experience in structural design.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the design and documentation of building structures
Work closely with senior engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients
Assist with design calculations, modelling, and analysis across steel and concrete structures
Collaborate with colleagues nationally and support multidisciplinary project teams
Gain exposure to site inspections, construction practices, and client liaison activities
Requirements:
Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
2-5 years' industry experience
A developing knowledge of large building projects - concrete frame and steel structures in commercial, industrial, or retail sectors
An interest in geotechnical interaction, basement/retention walls, seismic and wind design loads
Sound understanding of Australian Standards and codes of practice
Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to practical, innovative solutions
Eager to learn, adaptable, and a proactive team player
