Job Description:

There is a great opportunity to join our Structural Engineering Team in London. We are looking for a structural engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience who is passionate about creative design and structural analysis, who is interested in complex structures and the challenges that come with them, and have strong digital engineering and modelling skills. You will be based in our multidisciplinary London office and will be working with us on the design of some of the most exciting and prestigious projects around the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • preparation of parametric models
  • preparation of structural analysis models
  • preparation of detailed structural calculations
  • preparation of sketches and specifications
  • work across a variety of sectors
  • assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy over time

Requirements:

  • MEng degree level (or equivalent) in Structural Engineering
  • worked in a similar role previously
  • proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • deep understanding of structural analysis, finite element modelling and structural design
  • strong knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper
  • organised and methodical in your approach to managing your tasks and priorities
  • collaborative in nature
  • able to empathise with your clients’ needs
  • excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally
  • used to using your initiative to overcome challenges
  • positive, can-do attitude

Nice to have:

knowledge of coding (C#, Python)
