Structural Engineer

• Deliver engineered solutions and design proposals utilizing products
• Provide technical support and advise on the company's products and their applications
• Provide support with product compliance initiatives in both current and prospective markets
• Assist with the development and maintenance of in house design tools and procedures to improve the performance and efficiency of the Technical Services Team
• Prepare and present both internal and external Technical Training Sessions
• Understand the basic structural analysis and to ensure the drawings output meet the target dateline while maintaining the quality of the drawings
• Preparing and producing details design engineering drawings, calculations, report and materials take off ..(Review panel layout, lifting bracing design, embedment and connections)
• Design and execute engineering experiments to create workable solutions
• Produce shops drawing based on an architectural and structural drawing
• Assist in value engineering to optimize cost and construction speed
• Collaborating with cross functioning teams to ensure designs meet safety

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Civil/Structural
• Priority given to candidates with a CGPA equal to or higher than 3.5/4.0
• Registered with Board Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
• 0-3 years experience in structural design/detailing
• Must Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit workflows and model based coordination
• Familiar with shop drawings workflows and structural detailing standards and ensure compliance with relevant codes (ACI,ASCE,AISC and etc)

Any lifting precast experience considered advantage especially Precast construction
