Job Description

Due to continued growth within their Brisbane structures division, they are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join their team. Working closely with the QLD Buildings Lead, you will be involved in the design and delivery of a wide range of building structures projects across the state. You’ll play a key role in project delivery while also supporting and mentoring junior engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up, take ownership, and progress their career—with a clear pathway to Senior and Principal level as you develop within the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Structural design across a variety of building projects
  • Contributing to project delivery from concept through to completion
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Attending site visits and inspections

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Structural Engineering
  • 3+ years’ experience in structural design (building projects essential)
  • Strong technical capability across building structures
  • A proactive attitude and desire to take on project responsibility
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
