Job Description:

Lexicon offers a unique combination of capabilities. Our services include construction management, fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and roadway projects, as well as a full spectrum of golf course construction and management services. We are looking for a talented Structural Engineer with EPC project experience in the metals and minerals industry. The role involves designing and reviewing structural systems for large-scale industrial plants and infrastructure while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform design and analysis of concrete, steel, and foundation structures
  • Review and prepare engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (AISC, ACI, Eurocodes, IS codes)
  • Provide technical support during procurement, fabrication, and construction
  • Assist with structural integrity checks and address site-related engineering issues
  • Collaborate with civil, piping, and mechanical teams for integrated plant designs
  • Support knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
  • 7+ years’ experience in structural engineering/design, including EPC projects in metals/mining/heavy industry
  • Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structures, and foundations
  • Proficiency in STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, Tekla, or similar tools
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for our company without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
