Job Description:

Airswift’s Paris office is recruiting a Structural Designer (Subsea) to support engineering activities on a major deepwater subsea project. You will work within the structural discipline, contributing to the design and development of subsea structures using Inventor / Vault, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform 3D modelling and design of subsea structures using Inventor
  • Produce and update technical drawings and documentation
  • Interface with other engineering disciplines to ensure design consistency
  • Contribute to structural design studies within an EPC project environment
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and deadlines
  • Support the preparation of deliverables and participate in internal technical reviews

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in structural design within Oil & Gas, ideally on subsea / deepwater projects
  • Strong proficiency with Inventor & Vault (SolidWorks + Vault also accepted)
  • Good understanding of subsea structures and offshore project environments
  • Good command of English (working language)
  • Autonomous and proactive
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Nice to have:

Knowledge of installation methods is a plus
