Job Description:

The Structural BIM Tech will work with architects, other engineers, clients, and contractors, to design new structural framing and foundations for architectural and industrial facilities and assess existing buildings and design modification of existing structures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate with Engineers, Architects, and other design professionals to produce detailed structural drawings and construction documents
  • All other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Revit experience producing detailed structural drawings
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate on a project's design
  • Ability to be flexible within multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Associates degree in Drafting technology preferred
  • 2+ years of structural or architectural drawing experience using REVIT to develop plans and details
